• Scheduling a meeting. When you use our scheduling tool to book a call or demo, we collect the information needed to schedule that meeting, such as your name and email address.
• Direct communication. If you email or call us, we collect whatever information you choose to share with us in that communication.

2. Website and Usage Information

Like most websites, our Site and the infrastructure that hosts it may automatically log certain technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and device information, the pages you view, referring and exit pages, and the date and time of your visit. 5. HubSpot

We use HubSpot to power the form on our Book a Demo page and to manage related sales communications. When you submit that form, the information you provide (name, email, phone, company, website, and message) is sent to and processed by HubSpot on our behalf. 6. Calendly

We use Calendly to let visitors schedule meetings with us directly from the Site. When you book a meeting, Calendly collects the information needed to schedule it (such as your name and email) and may set its own cookies. Calendly's use of this information is governed by Calendly's own privacy policy.

7. YouTube Embeds

We embed YouTube videos in a number of places across the Site. When a page containing an embedded YouTube video loads, YouTube (Google) may collect information about your visit and set its own cookies, in accordance with Google's privacy policy. We do not control YouTube's data practices.

8. Endorsal

Our Wall of Love page displays customer testimonials using a widget from Endorsal, embedded as a third-party iframe. This widget is display-only — it does not collect information you submit — but as an embedded third-party tool it may set its own cookies when the page loads.

• Respond to your inquiries and demo requests
• Schedule, confirm, and manage meetings
